Emily is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in women’s mental health and wellbeing. She understands the complex interplay between the demands of work, family, relationships, and the expectations many women place on themselves. Emily supports women through significant life transitions and challenges, including perimenopause, pregnancy and family planning, and perinatal anxiety and depression. She also has a strong interest in helping women navigate perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, and persistent pain, supporting them to move towards greater wellbeing at every stage of life.

Charlotte is a Senior Psychologist with extensive experience supporting FIFO workers, having lived remotely and worked in a FIFO role (mine site) supporting FIFO workers. She also provides psychological support to autistic people and ADHDers in navigating their experiences in the world.

Tayla is an Organisational Psychologist who works at the interface of performance and wellbeing. She has a particular interest in helping those stepping into the leadership space as well as optimising high performance whilst avoiding burnout. Tayla also assists with anxiety around job interviews and public speaking.

Dr Tara Yewers is a Senior Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with around 20 years’ experience. She has particular interest in supporting individuals with trauma and ADHD. Tara also helps people to navigate burnout, adjustment, and self-esteem.
