TAYLA STUCKE

Organisational Psychologist
BA, GradDipPsych, MInd&OrgPsych

Tayla is an attentive and empathetic psychologist who builds a safe and collaborative space for clients to focus on their wellbeing, mental health, and performance. Her curious and compassionate nature is balanced with a focus on evidence-based, practical skills that pave the way for positive change.

As an organisational psychologist Tayla has a special interest in supporting individuals in navigating work-related issues (burnout, leadership, communication, performance) and workplace mental health.

Tayla works with adults (18+).

Tayla has a passion for supporting individuals in the following areas:

  1. ADHD support. Tayla has a particular interest in working with adults (20s–30s) navigating life with ADHD, including students, early career professionals, and those struggling to balance the demands of work and personal life. ADHD can affect focus, organisation, and emotional regulation, making it challenging to manage daily responsibilities and maintain performance. Tayla provides support for adjusting to a diagnosis, improving executive functioning (organisation, time management, and procrastination), managing burnout, and understanding ADHD’s impact at work. (please note Tayla does not conduct ADHD assessments).

  2. Maintaining performance (work/study) whilst avoiding burnout. Long-term sustainable achievement is highly dependent on developing the right mindset and habits. Tayla focuses on building a resilient growth mindset in performance, and habits that support this growth. As part of this, she helps to address perfectionism, procrastination, time management, communication, and stress.

3. Stepping up into leadership positions. With her organisational psychology background, Tayla has a keen interest in leadership development and the associated adjustments when stepping up - changes in identity, developing self-leadership skills, learning to coach and guide others, learning to communicate more effectively, all whilst managing imposter syndrome.

4. Adjustment to adulthood and working life/’adulting’. Many people find the process of stepping into adulthood and living more independently challenging. Balancing independent study, finding work and negotiating salaries, building and maintaining new relationships, budgeting, staying healthy physically and psychologically, staying connected, and navigating identity shifts are just some of the challenges during this transition. Tayla provides an open and non-judgemental space for individuals to explore the uncertainty and doubt that comes along with ‘adulting’, helping to build confidence, competence, and connections to move from ‘surviving’ to ‘thriving’ during this adjustment period.

5. Anxiety. Tayla has a particular interest in helping individuals to shift limiting core beliefs and behaviours that sustain anxiety and interfere with daily life, performance, and relationships. She has a particular interest in performance and social anxiety, notably their impact in the professional and personal realms.

Tayla has a strong commitment to evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-focused Therapy.
