What is positive psychology?
Positive psychology focuses on those ingredients that help us flourish and thrive in life. It’s about understanding what helps boost our resilience so we can bounce back from setbacks and live a more fulfilling life.
Positive psychology also helps you develop a greater appreciation for life and increases your connectedness with yourself, others, and the world.
Why journalling?
