Employees of Juicebox can access up to 4 confidential counselling sessions per calendar year, at no cost. Sessions are offered via phone, telehealth, or face-to-face in Subiaco, and are provided by psychologists.

In addition to counselling services, we also provide a range of workplace wellbeing and mental health training programs designed to support healthy, productive workplaces.

If you’re new to using an EAP service, or simply wondering what to expect when seeing a psychologist, we’ve answered some common questions below.
-
Book directly with us using the Book a Session form or phone us on 08 6382 0355. You don’t have to go through your manager or HR.
Tell us you’re a Juicebox employee. We will confirm your eligibility (against a list of employees supplied to us).
Choose how you’d like to meet. We offer phone, telehealth, or face-to-face appointments in Subiaco.
Attend your appointment. Sessions are confidential and there is no cost to you.
-
You can seek support anonymously. Your organisation is notified that you have attended EAP. They may receive de-identified, aggregated information about overall EAP usage, but they do not receive information about individual employees or the content of the sessions.
What you discuss with your psychologist is private. Your employer does not receive details about what you discuss in your counselling sessions.
Your psychologist is bound by professional confidentiality requirements. Information would only be disclosed in circumstances where there is a serious risk of harm, or where disclosure is required by law.
-
There are a range of reasons why employees engage with EAP. These may include:
Stress, anxiety, or overwhelm
Burnout or exhaustion
Sleep issues
Work pressure
Grief and loss
Major life changes
Low mood, loss of motivation
Confidence and self-esteem
Communication
You don’t need to wait until a crisis hits - EAP is designed to provide early, practical support when something is starting to affect your wellbeing or ability to cope.
-
Juicebox employees can access up to 4 sessions of counselling sessions each financial year at no cost.
You will be offered an EAP session with one of our psychologists within a week. You can also choose to have your session at a later date.
If you need ongoing support beyond your EAP sessions, your psychologist can discuss options for next steps. This may include referral to your GP, to another mental health service, or continuing privately at The Skill Collective if appropriate.
-
Your first appointment is an opportunity to talk about what’s going on and what support you’re looking for. Your psychologist will work with you to understand your situation and identify practical ways forward.
You may choose to:
Explore what’s happening and how it’s affecting you.
Identify what you’d like to change.
Develop practical strategies.
Work together to decide what support might be useful next.
You don’t need to have a clear idea of what you want to discuss before your appointment. Your psychologist can help you work out where to start. The session is a space for you to talk openly, at your own pace.
