Anna sees adults, and has a special interest in supporting health issues and women’s health.

Anna qualified in New Zealand, completing a Bachelor of Arts, Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences, Postgraduate Diploma in Health Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in the area of Health Psychology. She has worked in hospitals and clinical trials supporting individuals with cancer.
Anna places a strong emphasis on helping individuals lead fulfilling lives guided by their values. She draws from evidence-based frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Anna runs her own independent practice and engages The Skill Collective to provide administrative and other business services to support her provision of assessment and treatment to clients.
