It's that time of the year, that 'perfect storm' of busyness where we:

  • Try to finalise things we had on our To Do list for the past year
  • Look ahead to setting goals for the year ahead
  • Get busy with social events and the stress that they bring us
  • Plan our holidays
  • Tie up loose ends at work
